How it works

  1. 1
    Find your home

Enter your name and postcode so we know which property it is.

  2. 2
    Describe the problem

Tell us what's wrong and add photos or a video if you can.

  3. 3
    We get it sorted

We arrange the right tradesperson and keep you updated.

Tip: please send one report per problem — a leaking tap and a broken door handle should be two reports, so each goes to the right tradesperson.

Repair questions

How quickly will my repair be fixed?

It depends on how urgent it is. Emergencies are dealt with straight away; everything else is booked in as soon as we can and we'll keep you updated.

Do I need to be home for the repair?

Not always. We'll ask you to pick a time that suits you, or let you know if a contractor can access the property without you.

Can I report more than one problem?

Yes — please send a separate report for each problem, so each one goes to the right tradesperson.

How do I see the progress of my repair?

Log in to your tenant portal to track every repair you've reported to Think Property (NW) Ltd, or we'll update you by text and email.

Who pays for the repair?

Most repairs are the landlord's responsibility. If damage has been caused by a tenant or their visitors, a charge may apply — we'll always tell you first.
